6.5 PREFORMANCE AND PRECISION - NOW IN GEN2
CAPITOL ARMORY'S OPINION
Many precision shooters as well as hunters prefer a smaller pill with a higher velocity. Be it the classic .243 for hunting, or the 6.5 Creedmoor for long range precision applications, the 6.5 Ultra 9 offers top tier performance optimized for these calibers. While the majority of suppressors out there are 7.62 caliber, tightening the aperture up allows the 6.5 Ultra series to suppress 6mm and 6.5mm projectiles more efficiently than it's 30 caliber counterpart. The direct thread variant allows the suppressor to be moved to different hosts without the need of a muzzle brake or flash hider. For a 6mm or 6.5mm rifle where both accuracy and sound reduction are paramount, the 6.5 Ultra 9 DT is highly recommended.
This direct thread version comes standard with 5/8x24 threads and we recommend the CB version for anyone suppressing multiple calibers where the thread pitch of the firearm changes.
