The Sig Sauer SRD556Ti-QD, made from Grade 5 Titanium, is a fast-attach silencer for .223 and 5.56 rifles.  

The SRD556Ti-QD mounts to the rifle through a compact flash hider or other applicable muzzle device quickly and easily.  The suppressor is simply screwed down onto the mount, and removed by rotating the suppressor off while depressing a retention latch.  The Taper-Lok muzzle brake is also a unique design which requires no shims to be timed.  The base of the mount is installed directly onto the barrel, and a small insert is then threaded into the base of the mount. 

 

The SRD556TI-QD comes with a 1/2x28 muzzle device.

The SRD556Ti-QD is a Grade 5 Titanium silencer using fast-attach muzzle devices to mount the silencer to the rifle. The 1/2"x 28tpi threads match the vast majority of modern sporting rifles in .223/5.56mm on the market today. The rear mount has wrench flats to torque the silencer to the barrel. There is a secondary retention latch that is depressed to remove the silencer from the fast-attach mount. The SRD556Ti-QD comes with one 1/2"x 28tpi Taper-Lok™ muzzle brake.
